Shashidhar K C

Shri K C Shashidhar is a Development Economist by profession, joined the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in 1981 as a Direct Recruit Grade B and held the position of the Exchange Control Officer, in the Exchange Control Dept., of RBI, and rose to the position of the Chief General Manager of NABARD.

He has also served on the Board of various banks and on Committees of the Govt. He has more than 35 years of experience in the field of management of agriculture and rural development projects.

Prof. K.C. Shashidhar is currently a Professor at the prestigious Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai where he teaches among other things, Management of Innovative Projects, Public Policies relating to Banking and Finance and other related subjects.

His professional area of interest at present is mentoring entrepreneurs in the management of training, designing and implementing innovative projects in the development sectors of the economy. He has mentored many entrepreneurs in successful projects all over the country.

Dr. Ashok Jain

Dr. Ashok Jain graduated from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, one of the top medical schools in lndia in 1993 and completed his post-graduate residency in pediatrics at New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. In 1998, he moved to Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago and served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics and obtained Board Certification in Pediatrics. In 1999, he joined Northwestern University-Children’s Memorial Hospital as a fellow in Pediatric Cardiology. He provided healthcare services to under privileged children in Indiana and North Carolina from the year 2000 to 2003.

Dr. Jain received his MBA from Fayetteville State University in 2004. In August 2003, he started his pediatric practice, “Hope Mills Pediatrics" and extended his second practice in North Side Pediatrics 18 months later. Currently, he operates eight pediatric practices that employ more than 75 people.

In 2006, Dr. Jain launched the India Foundation, a philanthropic organization. The foundation has raised funds for Project “Drishti”, which provides eyeglasses or cataract surgery to needy patients in India and is also working to build a school in Rajasthan, India..

In May 2007, Dr. Jain moved to Bangalore, India to start Indus Westside Hospital. The 200-bed non-profit hospital initiated its doors in January 2010 and featured state-of-the-art technology, six operating rooms, 45 critical care beds to serve medical, trauma, surgical, cardiac, pediatric, neonatology, and patients with burn injuries. Its services include cardiac surgery, infertility/IVF, minimal access bariatric surgery, and transplant surgeries.

  • Inducted into the Eugene S. Mayer Honor Society for Community Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine in India and USA.
  • Honored by national Medallion for Entrepreneurship award by the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
  • Coined as leading ‘Mover and Shaker’ at the Triangle Business Convention.
  • In 2011, received certification as Physician Executive in medical management.
  • Nominated for North Carolina Business Person of the year Award.

She has successfully faced audits from USFDA / UKMHRA / EU/ANVISA / MOH – ROW, MARKETS / TGA / MCC / EU – Countries / GCC, countries/ CIS countries / Africa – countries / ASEAN Countries. She has also audited more than fifty vendor audits covering General cGMP systems and Assessment of specified facility for Quality systems and Compliances to cGMP regulations, procedures and policies. Compliance Reference Documents are Directive 2003/94/EC, Directive 2001/83/EC as amended, MHRA Guidance, ICHQ7, Q8, Q9, Q1, Q4, Q5, Q6 requirements, USFDA requirements, country specific requirements, project specific requirements.

Being a Certified ISO auditor, has received a host of awards and recognitions including MahilyaJyothi award for the year 2012, Indira Priyadarshani Award for the year 2016. Manpreet Singh Sidhu

Mr Sidhu is a technocrat/Entrepreneur/Mentor, with decades of experience in IT industry. Before founding APARA enterprise solutions in 1992 he worked with companies like HCL and Wipro for six years in large account management. After starting Apara, it became a Global Company and had who’s who of the Global Top Companies as its Customers. AlsoatApara, he starterdApara Labs where he worked on creating IP for DataTone which later became the foundation for Kawa Objects Inc. Sidhu was the CEO till he exited the venture in 2012.

Sidhu also co-founded Orchesys Inc., which is now called Glassbeam.Currently Sidhu mentors and advices various companies in different capacities.

Sidhu has an Engineering degree in Mechanical from Bangalore University.
